Mindful-kind cycle: It began a few months ago when I began to live in a mindful state it led me to start small just not being violent, mean, rude, to others then kind words, led to kind acts for others this built momentum increasing my peacefulness my awareness of others needs all while I was able to look at myself and my suffering to work with myself.
Unkind cycle: Prior to practicing mindfulness I was stuck in an unkind cycle I rarely seen or took the opportunity to be kind to others and if I did it was most likely with a motive. I was so unhappy all of my thoughts were negative I wasn’t kind to anyone and constantly trying to hurt those around me.
